Resolution, Exchange & Refund Policy

MISSING PRODUCT

To protect your purchase, please always record a full unboxing video from opening the package to laying out each item. Photos are not accepted. If any item is missing, send us the unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery. Without this video, we cannot offer resolution.

UNWANTED PRODUCT

If you ordered and received the correct product but changed your mind, we do not accept returns or refunds due to handling risks and product degradation after shipping.

UNSATISFIED WITH PRODUCT BASED ON SUBJECTIVE QUALITIES

No refunds are given based on taste, smell, color, ash, potency, or other subjective factors. Unless defective, all sales are final.

PARCEL DID NOT ARRIVE

Resolution depends on your tracking status and whether a signature was required.

• NO UPDATE / UNDELIVERABLE: If the post confirms the order is undeliverable, we may refund via store credit or reship the order (if stock allows).
• DELIVERED (Signature required): If marked as delivered with a signature, we consider it proof of delivery. If there is no signature, we may refund via store credit or reship.
• DELIVERED (No signature): If your tracking shows “delivered”, this is considered proof of delivery. No refund.
